Refunds and transfers.

Stated plainly, before any ticket is sold.

Draft. This policy is being finalised before any payment is taken. Nothing is charged on this site today.

  1. No refunds

    All fees are non-refundable, including for no-shows, late arrivals and personal cancellations.

  2. Transfers

    You can transfer your registration to another person up to 48 hours before the show. Email us the new person’s name and contact details before the deadline. No transfers are accepted after that.

  3. Candidate transfers

    A candidate slot can be transferred only if the new person is approved by The Believing Room team, since candidates are shortlisted for panel fit.

  4. If we cancel or postpone

    If we cancel, you get a full refund. If we postpone, you can choose a full refund or keep your seat for the new date.

  5. Arrival

    Please arrive at the time on your confirmation. Late arrivals may lose their slot or seat without refund.

  6. Payment charges

    Payment gateway fees, if any, are not refundable.

How to ask

Use the contact page with your registration reference. Payments are verified with the payment provider before a registration is confirmed, so a failed payment does not create one, and a duplicate payment for the same order is returned.
